摘要:
质量、成本和效率构成了医疗领域的“不可能三角”，很难在三个维度上同时达到最优。基于帕累托最优理论，通过革新管理理念、优化临床路径、强化质量监管、创新医疗技术、深化全成本管理、推进业务流程再造、加强数智化技术赋能、实施绩效管理驱动八个维度的协同作用，构建多维平衡的公立医院运营管理体系，可实现医疗质量、成本、效率的平衡，推动公立医院实现高质量可持续发展。
Abstract:
Quality, cost, and efficiency form the "impossible trinity" in the healthcare field, making it difficult to achieve optimal performance in all three dimensions simultaneously. Based on Pareto optimality theory, this study proposes building a multidimensional and balanced operational management system for public hospitals by leveraging the synergistic effects of eight dimensions, including innovating management concepts, optimizing clinical pathways, strengthening quality supervision, advancing medical technologies, deepening full-cost management, promoting business process reengineering, enhancing digital and intelligent technology empowerment, and implementing performance management. These measures strike a balance between medical quality, cost, and efficiency, driving public hospitals towards high-quality and sustainable development.
