摘要:
为积极应对人口老龄化挑战,日本构建了纵向可晋升、横向可拓展的长期护理职业发展路径;建立社会化教育体系,提高长期护理职业的社会认同度;推动政策与市场协同,强化长期护理职业保障,从而建成了规模庞大且高度专业化的长期护理队伍。基于日本经验,我国应建立规范的长期护理职业认证与分级体系,完善职场支持机制,系统提升职业认同度,推进市场化改革,为长期护理服务体系建设提供人才保障。
Abstract:
To actively address the challenges of population aging, Japan has established a long-term care career development path that allows vertical advancement and horizontal expansion. It has built a socialized education system to enhance the social recognition of the long-term care profession, and promoted policy-market coordination to strengthen occupational security, thereby creating a large-scale and highly professionalized long-term care workforce. Drawing on the Japanese experience, China should establish a standardized professional certification and grading system for long-term care, improve workplace support mechanisms, systematically enhance occupational recognition, and advance market-oriented reforms to provide talent support for the construction of the long-term care service system.
