摘要:
随着人口老龄化进程持续加速，传统的健康管理模式越来越不能满足老年人日益增长的健康管理需求，数智技术的发展为解决这一难题提供了重要支撑。对此，可构建老年人数智健康管理社会支持系统，整合政府、社区、社会组织、市场、家庭等多元主体的力量，为老年人提供物质、情感、信息等多个方面的支持；在此过程中，面临技术层面、社会支持层面以及老年人数字素养层面的诸多挑战。为此，亟须创新适老技术，消除数据壁垒，形成政府主导、多元共治的协同生态，加强专业人才培养，提升老年人数字素养，从而构建起高效、包容、可持续的老年人数智健康管理社会支持系统。
Abstract:
As population aging continues to accelerate, traditional health management models are increasingly unable to meet the growing health management needs of the elderly. The development of digital and intelligent technologies provides crucial support for addressing this challenge. In response, a social support system for digital and intelligent health management of the elderly can be established to integrate the strengths of diverse stakeholders including the government, communities, social organizations, the market, and families, and provide the elderly with support in multiple areas including material, emotional, and informational assistance. In this process, there are numerous challenges to be faced at the technical level, social support level, and digital literacy level of the elderly. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate age-friendly technologies, eliminate data barriers, establish a collaborative ecosystem led by the government and governed by multiple stakeholders, strengthen the training of professional talent, and enhance the digital literacy of the elderly, so as to build an efficient, inclusive, and sustainable social support system for digital and intelligent health management of the elderly.
