摘要:
追求共同富裕既是中国共产党的初心使命和奋斗目标，也是全体中国人民的共同理想。医疗保障作为增进民生福祉、维护社会和谐稳定的重大公共事业，必须基于共同富裕目标规划和实施。共同富裕的理论内涵包括全民富裕、全面富裕、共建共富、逐步共富四个方面，与我国医疗保障事业的发展目标高度一致。我国医疗保障事业应在共同富裕内涵指引下，始终坚持党的领导，确保人民群众共享医疗保障发展成果，促进人的全面发展与社会全面进步，贯彻“共建共富”理念，稳步实现可持续发展。
Abstract:
Achieving common prosperity is not only the original mission and goal of the Communist Party of China, but also the shared ideal of all the Chinese people. As a key public undertaking that enhances people's well-being and safeguards social harmony and stability, healthcare security must be planned and implemented in accordance with the goal of common prosperity. The theoretical connotations of common prosperity encompass four dimensions of prosperity for all, comprehensive prosperity, joint contribution and shared prosperity, and gradual realization, all of which are highly aligned with the development goals of China's healthcare security system. Guided by the principles of common prosperity, China's healthcare security system should consistently uphold the Party's leadership, ensure that the people share in the fruits of its development, promote the comprehensive development of individuals and the comprehensive progress of society, implement the concept of "joint contribution and shared prosperity", and steadily achieve sustainable development.
