摘要:
通过分析公立医院经济运行的特点，结合现代医院管理制度的要求，提出了新医改背景下基于大数据公立医院财务管理新思路——由粗放式管理向精细化管理转变，全面预算管理、成本管控、绩效考评“三驾马车”协同发展，构建现代医院财务管理体系框架，从而实现医院的良性发展。
Abstract:
By analyzing the characteristics of the economic operation of public hospitals and combining the requirements of modern hospital management system, this paper proposed a new idea of financial management based on big data for public hospitals under the background of new medical reforms - changing from extensive management to refined management, developing comprehensive budget management, cost control, and performance appraisal coordinately, building a modern hospital financial management system framework to achieve the benign development of the hospital.
