摘要:
公立医院管理者和医务人员对当前的薪酬制度改革存在诸多困惑,政府部门和公立医院需要理清绩效工资总量占比、渠道来源和内部分配三个问题,并达成共识。同时,薪酬制度改革中政府需遵循“放管结合”的原则,各部门与医院协同联动,构建符合行业特点的公立医院绩效考核评价体系。
Abstract:
Public hospital administrators and medical staff have many confusions about the current reform of the salary system. Government departments and public hospitals need to clarify the three issues of total performance wages,channel sources and internal distribution,and reach a consensus. At the same time,in the reform of the salary system,the government should follow the principle of “combination of power delegation and regulation strengthened”,and all departments and hospitals work together to build a performance evaluation system for public hospitals that meets the characteristics of the industry.
