摘要:
目的：以计划行为理论为支撑，探索政策认知对患者基层首诊意愿的影响，为完善相关政策提供参考。方法：根据重庆市经济发展水平和医疗机构特征，采用分层、方便抽样方法对各级医疗机构患者进行问卷调查，运用χ2检验与Logistic回归进行结果分析。结果：82.1%的患者愿意基层首诊，患者越赞成分级诊疗，对基层医疗机构服务越满足，对基层首诊制度、家庭医生制度越了解，基层首诊意愿越高。结论：患者政策认知是影响基层首诊意愿的重要因素，对此，应在完善制度建设的基础上，加强政策宣传力度，提高患者政策认知水平,促进基层首诊的发展。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the impact of policy cognition on the willingness of patients at the grassroots level，and provide reference for improving relevant policies，based on the theory of planned behavior. Methods A stratified and convenient sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on patients at all levels of medical institutions，and the results were analyzed by χ2 test and logistic regression. Results 82.1% of the patients were willing to be diagnosed at the grassroots level. The more patients were in favor of grading diagnosis and treatment，the more satisfied the service to the primary medical institutions，the better the basic first-patient system and the family doctor system，and the higher the willingness of the first-level clinic. Conclusion Patient policy cognition is an important factor affecting the willingness of the primary consultation at the grassroots level.It is necessary to strengthen policy propaganda，improve the patient's policy cognition level，and promote the development of the primary diagnosis at the grassroots level.
