摘要:
在COVID-19疫情防治工作中，医疗保障制度发挥了重要作用，但是在角色定位、基金统筹和信息系统建设等方面还需进一步完善：厘清医疗保障与公共卫生的角色关系、设立医疗保障疫情风险储备金、加快医疗保障信息化建设步伐、构建医疗保障应急管理机制、健全多层次医疗保障制度体系。
Abstract:
In the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control work, the medical security system has played an important role, but it needs to be further improved on role positioning, fund coordination and information system construction. It should clarify the role relationship between medical security and public health, and establish the medical security and epidemic risk reserve fund, accelerate the steps of medical security information construction, build a medical security emergency management mechanism, and improve the multi-level medical security system.
