摘要:
当前,中国人工智能医疗产业的发展存在基础层数据获取难度大、技术层人工智能算法缺乏创新、应用层产品仍未落地等问题,借鉴国际上人工智能医疗产业在制度设计、人才计划、数据建设、资金扶持、法律责权等方面的经验,提出中国人工智能医疗产业抢占先机、加速发展的对策建议。
Abstract:
At present,there are some problems in the development of China's artificial intelligence medical industry,such as difficulty of obtaining data at the basic layer,lack of innovation in artificial intelligence algorithm at the technical level,and products of the application layer have not yet landed.This study drawing on the international experience of artificial intelligence medical industry in system design,talent planning,data construction,financial support,legal responsibility,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for China's artificial intelligence medical industry to seize the first opportunity and accelerate its development.
