摘要:
以北京市为例，分析在线医疗社区的发展现状,为明确互联网医疗的定位提供依据。结果显示：在线医疗社区汇集了区域优质医疗资源，在线医疗社区服务量与线下门诊人次相关性较高，优势学科服务量较大，民营医院医生活跃度高于公立医院；总体来看，在线医疗社区是线下服务的有效补充，提高了线下稀缺医疗资源的可及性，今后还需进一步推动在线医疗社区诊后疾病管理的功能，促进医疗服务的连续性。
Abstract:
Taking Beijing as an example, it analyzes the development status of online medical community to provide a basis for defining the positioning of Internet medical care. The results show that the online medical community brings together regional high-quality medical resources, the volume of online medical community service is highly correlated with offline outpatient visits, the volume of dominant disciplines is larger, and the activity of doctors in private hospitals is higher than that in public hospitals. On the whole, the online medical community is an effective supplement to offline services, which improves the accessibility of offline scarce medical resources. In the future, it is necessary to further promote the function of post-diagnosis disease management in the online medical community and promote the continuity of medical services.
