摘要:
以嘉兴市实施DRG点数法付费改革为例，运用面板数据模型，比较改革前后住院均次费用的差异，验证DRG点数法付费改革的控费成效。同时，对嘉兴市解决DRG工具性缺陷、推进医保精细化管理所采取的补充性政策进行实证研究，提出本地化政策调整的建议。
Abstract:
Taking the implementation of the DRG point method payment reform in Jiaxing as an example, the panel data model was used to compare the difference of the average hospitalization expenses before and after the reform to verify the cost control effect of the DRG point method payment reform. At the same time, this paper makes an empirical study on the supplementary policies adopted by Jiaxing to solve the instrumental defects of DRG and promote the fine management of medical insurance, and puts forward suggestions for localization policy adjustment.
