摘要:
DRG付费的背景下，台州恩泽医疗中心（集团）组建了多部门联动的DRG付费改革项目组，数字医疗理念先行，实现信息互联互通，统一基础代码，保障病案质量，加强临床路径管理，促进诊疗流程规范，推动了DRG点数支付改革的精细化管理，实现了医保、医院和患者的共赢。
Abstract:
Under the background of DRG payment, Taizhou Enze Medical Center ( Group ) has set up a multi-sectoral linkage DRG payment reform project group. Through giving priority to the concept of digital medical, realizing information interconnection, unifying basic code, ensuring the quality of medical records, strengthening clinical pathway management, and promoting the standardization of diagnosis and treatment process, carrying out the fine management of DRG point payment reform, and realizing the win-win situation of medical insurance, hospitals and patients.
