摘要:
DRG支付改革使社会办医疗机构面临巨大的挑战。本文以A医院为例,研究探索社会办医疗机构应对DRG支付改革的策略:以精细化成本与绩效管理为抓手,持续加强病案质控管理,与临床路径管理相结合,促进社会办医疗机构健康可持续发展。
Abstract:
The DRG payment reform has brought huge challenges to private medical institutions. This article takes Hospital A as an example, and explores strategies of private medical institutions to respond to the DRG payment reform: start with fine cost and performance management, continue to strengthen the quality control management of medical records, integrate with clinical path management, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of private medical institutions.
