摘要:
以上海市级医院为例，从患者、医院、医护、政府四个层面分析疫情对大型公立医院运营的影响，从机制探索、运营管理、资源配置、绩效分配四个维度提出大型公立医院的发展策略。医院应在管理部门的统筹规划下，因时顺势，加强内部管理，实施转型升级，最终实现高质量发展。
Abstract:
Taking Shanghai municipal hospitals as an example, the paper analyzed the impact of the epidemic on the operation of large public hospitals from patients, hospitals, medical care and government, and proposed the development strategies of large public hospitals from mechanism exploration, operation management, resource allocation and performance allocation. Under the overall planning of the management department, the hospital should follow the trend, strengthen the internal management, implement the transformation and upgrading, and finally achieve high-quality development.
