摘要:
目的：对浙江省县域中医药服务能力进行综合评价，为优化县域中医药卫生资源配置提供参考。方法：计算浙江省71家县级中医院中医药服务能力莫兰指数，采用LISA聚类分析探究空间自相关关系，构建空间回归模型，分析影响县域中医药服务能力的影响因素。结果：浙江省县域中医药服务能力莫兰指数为0.193（P<0.05)，存在显著的空间正相关关系；人均生产总值、农村居民人均可支配收入和60岁以上人口占比等因素对县域中医药服务能力具有显著影响。结论：健全中医药管理体制、考核机制和综合评价体系，加大财政对中医药的投入与政策倾斜，推进优质医疗资源有效扩容和均衡布局，提升县域中医药服务能力。
Abstract:
Objective To comprehensively evaluate traditional Chinese medicine service capacity in counties of Zhejiang Province. Methods The Moran index of Chinese medicine service capacity of 71 county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Zhejiang Province were calculated, and the spatial autocorrelation was explored using LISA cluster analysis. The spatial regression model was constructed to analyze the influencing factors of the service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine in the counties. Results The Moran index of traditional Chinese medicine service capacity in 71 counties of Zhejiang was 0.193(P<0.05), and there was a significant spatial positive correlation. Factors such as per capita gross domestic product, per capita disposable income of rural residents, and the proportion of population over 60 years of age had a significant influence on traditional Chinese medicine service capacity of the counties. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the management system, assessment mechanism and comprehensive evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine, increase the financial investment and policy inclination of traditional Chinese medicine, promote the effective expansion and balanced layout of high-quality medical resources, and enhance the service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine in counties.
