摘要:
价值医疗理念下，公立医院要转变运营管理的思维、目标、模式和范围，积极探索以价值医疗为导向的运营管理路径和体系，包括以患者诉求为驱动的病种管理体系，以成本控制为核心的成本管理体系，全面预算管理体系，绩效考核体系，“互联网+”医疗、人工智能和大数据分析平台，以及运营管理评价体系，在保证医疗质量、效果和效率的前提下，降低医疗成本，提升患者满意度，实现价值医疗。
Abstract:
Under the concept of value-based healthcare, public hospitals should change the thinking, goal, model and scope of operation management, and actively explore the path and system of operation management oriented to value-based healthcare, including the patient-driven disease management system, the cost management system centered on cost control, the comprehensive budget management system, the performance appraisal system, the "Internet +" healthcare, artificial intelligence, and big data analysis platform, and operation management evaluation system. Public hospitals should reduce medical costs, improve patient satisfaction, and realize value-based health care under the premise of ensuring medical quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
