目的：探讨基于RBRVS的相对价值在医疗服务价格调整中的应用路径。方法：构建医疗服务项目价值评估模型，对样本医院1 595项医疗服务项目进行Pearson相关性分析，基于RBRVS价格点值指数，筛选需要进行价格调整的项目。结果：医疗服务价格与RBRVS基准点值呈中度正相关（相关系数=0.627，P<0.001）；RBRVS价格点值指数显示，心脏外伤修补术价值被低估，而浅表器官超声价格偏高，应予以相应的价格调整。结论：RBRVS通过量化技术难度和风险程度，能够解决传统定价中“重成本轻劳务”的问题，为医疗服务价格改革提供了理论与实践参考。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application pathway of relative value based on the Resource-Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) in medical service price adjustment. Methods A medical service value assessment model was constructed. Pearson correlation analysis was performed on 1 595 medical service items from a tertiary first-class hospital in Shandong Province. The medical service items requiring price adjustment were identified based on the RBRVS price point value index. Results There was a moderate positive correlation between medical service prices and RBRVS benchmark point values(Pearson correlation coefficient=0.627, P<0.001). The RBRVS price point value index indicated that cardiac repair procedures were undervalued, while superficial organ ultrasounds were overpriced, and corresponding price adjustments should be made. Conclusion By quantifying technical difficulty and risk level, the RBRVS can address the issue of "emphasizing cost and neglecting labor" in traditional medical service pricing, providing theoretical and practical references for the reform of medical service prices.
