摘要:
目的:探讨医保转移接续政策的福利效应。方法: 运用条件logit模型分析医疗服务利用，运用Tobit模型分析医疗服务价格与消费。结果: 医保转移接续后，医疗服务利用增加，但均次价格更高、自付比例更低。结论:医保转移接续政策对流动就业人群的医疗服务消费起到了良好的保障作用，政策福利优势凸显。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the welfare effects of medical insurance transfer and succession policies. Methods Conditional logit model was used to analyze the utilization of medical services，and Tobit model was used to analyze the price and consumption of medical services. Results After the transfer of medical insurance，the utilization of medical services increased，but the average price was higher and the proportion of self-pay was lower. Conclusion The medical insurance transfer and follow-up policy has played a good role in safeguarding the medical service consumption of the migrant employment population，and the policy welfare advantage is prominent.
