摘要:
新冠肺炎疫情对公立医院的运营管理造成了很大影响，也给财务管理工作带来了新的挑战。常态化疫情防控下，公立医院必须完善财务应急管理机制，进一步优化收支结构，加强防疫物资管控，搭建财务与业务共享平台，加强财务人员队伍建设和内部风险管控，为公立医院可持续发展提供强有力的财务保障。
Abstract:
COVID-19 had a great impact on the operation and management of public hospitals, and it has also brought new challenges to financial management. Under the normalized epidemic prevention and control, public hospitals must improve the financial emergency management mechanism, further optimize the structure of income and expenditure, strengthen the control and control of epidemic prevention materials, build a financial and business sharing platform, strengthen the construction of financial personnel and internal risk control, and provide strong financial guarantee for the sustainable development of public hospitals.
