摘要:
以山东无棣县、河南郏县、四川浦江县为代表，各地在紧密型医共体中的医防融合实践探索已取得了初步成效。紧密型医共体的医防融合应秉承“以人民健康为中心”，以家庭医生签约工作为突破口，结合本地区实际情况，健全体制机制，提升基层服务能力和信息化建设水平，为群众提供全方位、全生命周期的、连续的、医防有效融合的健康服务。
Abstract:
Taking Wudi County in Shandong Province, Yixian County in Henan Province and Pujiang County in Sichuan Province as representatives, preliminary results have been achieved in exploring the practice of medical and preventive integration in the merged county medical alliance. The medical and preventive integration of merged county medical alliance should adhere to the principle of "people's health-oriented", take family doctors contract work as a breakthrough, combine the actual situation of the region, improve the system and mechanism, enhance the primary service capacity and the level of information construction, and provide all-round, life-cycle, continuous and effective medical and preventive integration services for the masses.
