摘要:
通过介绍医院构建运营数据中心的必要性，从整体方案设计、数据集成、数据治理、数据建模、数据服务和数据赋能方面提出运营数据中心的建设思路和方法，辅以组织架构和制度保障、信息技术保障、人才团队保障，释放数据价值，助力公立医院逐步实现高质量发展。
Abstract:
By introducing the necessity of operation data center building in hospital, this paper puts forward the ideas and methods of operation data center from the aspects of overall scheme design, data integration, data governance, data modeling, data service and data empowerment, supplemented by organizational structure and system guarantee, information technology guarantee, talent team guarantee, to release data value, and helps public hospitals gradually achieve high-quality development.
