摘要:
以浙江省为研究案例，总结分析体医融合的4种实践模式——传统疗养院转型模式、社区体育转型模式、三甲医院科室转型模式、国民体质监测转型模式，提出体医融合的推进策略。一是利用“数字治理”优势，推动体医融合实践模式升级；二是开展分级体医融合服务，打通政策落地最后1公里；三是利用体教融合，加快专业人才培养；四是引入社会资本，拓宽宣传途径，引导社区居民广泛参与。
Abstract:
Taking Zhejiang Province as a case study, we summarized and analyzed four practice models of sports-medicine integration, namely the transformation model of traditional sanatoriums, the transformation model of community sports, the transformation model of departments of tertiary hospitals, and the transformation model of national physical fitness monitoring. We proposed strategies for promoting sports-medicine integration. The first is to make use of the advantages of "digital governance" to promote the upgrading of the practice model of physical and medical integration. The second is to carry out graded physical and medical integration services to break the last kilometre of policy implementation. The third is to make use of physical and educational integration to accelerate the training of professional talents. And the last is to introduce social capital, broaden publicity channels and guide community residents to participate widely.
