摘要:
公立医院多院区管理可分为扁平化、层次化、混合型三种模式，通过问卷调查，了解不同模式的财务管理现状，包括财务机构设置、收入管理、支出管理、费用报销、资源配置、预算管理、成本管理、绩效管理、信息化建设9个方面，在此基础上深入分析多院区医院财务管理的难点，提出有针对性的建议。
Abstract:
The management of multi-district public hospitals can be divided into three models: flat, hierarchical and hybrid. Through a questionnaire survey, we explored the current situation of financial management in different models, including nine aspects: financial institution setting, revenue management, expenditure management, expense reimbursement, resource allocation, budget management, cost management, performance management and information construction. On this basis, we analyzed in depth the difficulties of financial management in multi-district hospitals and proposed targeted recommendations.
