摘要:
目的：基于病种劳务贡献分值，建立医师住院医疗服务绩效评价模型，并进行实证应用。方法：构建病种住院医疗服务绩效评价指标体系，考量医疗服务项目中医师的劳务贡献，建立医师住院医疗服务绩效评价模型。结果：以样本医院为例，通过医师住院医疗服务绩效评价模型得出病种劳务贡献分值，能够科学客观反映医师在病种治疗过程中的劳务贡献。结论：相较于DRG及DIP，基于病种劳务贡献分值的绩效考核能客观、真实反映医师劳务贡献，体现不同病种住院医疗服务的差异性，适用于衡量单位劳务价值。
Abstract:
Objective To establish the performance evaluation model of physician inpatient medical service based on the diagnosis labor service point value, and make empirical application. Methods We built the performance evaluation index system of disease inpatient medical service, and considered the labor service contribution of doctors, so as to establish the performance evaluation model of physician inpatient medical service. Results Taking the sample hospital as an example, the diagnosis labor service point value is obtained through the performance evaluation model. It could scientifically and objectively reflect the labor service contribution of doctors in the clinical process. Conclusion Compared with DRG and DIP, the performance assessment based on the diagnosis labor service point value can objectively and truly reflect the service contribution of doctors, reflect the differences of inpatient medical services of different diseases. This evaluation is suitable to measure the service value of units.
