摘要:
新一轮医疗服务价格改革提出构建政府主导、医院参与的价格形成机制，目前各地正在开展改革试点，但在具体实践中医疗机构普遍感到价格调整建议的提出标准和依据不足。对此，以江苏省25家公立医院的成本数据为例，探讨基于主要资源消耗动因、对不同类型医疗服务项目进行标化成本测算的方法，为公立医院开展项目成本测算提供参考和依据。
Abstract:
In the new round of medical service price reform, it is proposed to establish a "government led and hospital participated" price formation mechanism, which is currently being piloted in various regions. However, medical institutions generally feel that the standards and basis for proposing price adjustment suggestions are insufficient in practice. Taking the cost data of 25 public hospitals in Jiangsu Province as an example, this article explores the main resource consumption drivers, standardizes cost estimation for different types of medical service projects, provide reference and basis for project cost estimation in public hospitals.
