目的：以国际比较的视角，分析我国医疗服务价格水平，为价格调整提供参考。方法：收集我国及5个发达国家的10个典型医疗服务项目价格，并标化为可比价格，与我国对应项目价格进行比较。结果：相比发达国家，我国医疗服务相对价格总体不低，高于德国和韩国；特别是物耗类项目相对价格普遍高于发达国家，但技术劳务类项目相对价格普遍较低。结论：我国医疗服务价格结构和比价关系不合理问题较突出，建议对技术劳务类项目价格进行动态调整，对物耗类项目调降价格。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the price level of medical services in China from the perspective of international comparison, and to provide reference for price adjustment. Methods The prices of 10 typical medical service items in China and 5 developed countries were collected and standardized into comparable prices, and compared with the prices of corresponding items in China. Results Compared with developed countries, the relative price of medical services in China was not low in general, higher than that of Germany and South Korea. In particular, the relative price of material consumption items was generally higher than that of developed countries, but the relative price of skilled labor items was generally lower. Conclusion The unreasonable price structure and price comparison relationship of medical services in China are more prominent. It is necessary to dynamically adjust the prices of skilled labor items, and reduce the prices of material consumption items.
