摘要:
公立医院医用耗材SPD管理面临合规性不足、数据信息安全隐患、责权利边界不清以及供应商遴选和管理欠佳等风险。对此，公立医院应从合规审查、制度优化、强化数据安全、加强供应商管理和优化供应链入手，提高医用耗材精细化管理水平。
Abstract:
SPD management of medical consumables in public hospitals faces risks such as insufficient compliance, data security risks, unclear boundaries of responsibility and rights, and poor supplier selection and management. In this regard, public hospitals should start from compliance review, system optimization, strengthening data security, enhancing supplier management and optimizing supply chain to improve the level of fine management of medical consumables.
