摘要:
目的：分析失能老人健康状况，为制定相关政策提供参考。方法：基于“中国健康与养老追踪调查”面板数据，采用描述性分析和回归分析方法，分析失能老人健康状况及其影响因素。结果：年龄、性别显著影响失能老人健康状况，失能老人整体健康状况不容乐观，认知能力、社会参与率普遍较低，抑郁程度较高，但生活满意度较高。结论：加强对失能的早期干预，重视女性和农村地区老年人失能问题，重点关注失能老人心理健康，加大社会支持力度。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the health status of the disabled elderly, and to provide reference for the formulation of relevant policies. Methods Based on the panel data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS), descriptive analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the health status of the disabled elderly and their influencing factors. Results Age and gender significantly affected the health status of the disabled elderly. The overall health status of the disabled elderly was not optimistic, with lower cognitive ability, lower social participation rate, higher depression level, but higher life satisfaction. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen early intervention for disability, pay attention to the disability issues of women and the elderly in rural areas, focus on the mental health of the disabled elderly, and increase social support.
