目的:构建医院管理融合人工智能的整体性模型,为医院科学部署人工智能提供参考。方法:基于扎根理论,通过对医院相关人员访谈并进行三级编码,构建医院管理融合人工智能理论模型。结果:通过编码得到36个基本范畴、12个主范畴,并凝练为4个核心范畴,构建包含资源配置模式、实施制约因素、技术融合路径和应用价值导向的医院管理融合人工智能理论模型。结论:医院部署人工智能应以应用价值为导向进行顶层设计,通过优化资源配置提升效果,兼顾数据治理、监管与技术成熟度等,重塑信息部门职能,依据场景明确融合策略与准入标准、构建可扩展的技术底座,推动技术与业务系统融合。
Abstract:
Objective To construct a holistic model for integrating artificial intelligence(AI) into hospital management, and to provide a reference for public hospitals in deploying AI. Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted with relevant personnel from hospital information departments and medical administration departments. The grounded theory approach was applied, utilizing a three-level coding process to construct the model of AI-integrated hospital management. Results The coding process yielded 36 initial concepts and 12 subcategories, which were further refined into 4 core categories. A theoretical model of AI-integrated hospital management was constructed, encompassing resource allocation mode, implementation constraints, technology integration pathways, and application value orientation. Conclusion The deployment of AI in hospitals should be guided by application value in top-level design, enhance effectiveness through optimized resource allocation, and take into account data governance, regulation, and technology maturity. Furthermore, it is essential to reshape the functions of the information department, define clear integration strategies and access standards based on specific scenarios, and build an extensible technology foundation, so as to promote the deep integration of technology with business systems.
