摘要:
计算不同概率下费用的分段节点，形成三种分段方法；依照病案首页中费用影响因素判别分析结果，选择其中符合率最高的分段方法，将费用均值、例数构成、判别系数和综合分数标准确定为支付和入段判断标准。结果显示，费用分段和费用影响因素判别分析之间有最优的符合率，表明病案首页中费用影响因素判别分析可以为疾病组费用分段支付提供有力支持和依据。可见，疾病组费用分段可以成为一种新的医保支付方式，费用影响因素判别分析可以成为简单实用的精细化管理工具。
