摘要:
DRG支付方式在JH市的试点实践已有两年多时间。试点结果显示，DRG支付方式不仅能控制医疗费用的过快增长，在提升医疗机构质控和绩效、控制医保基金增长、保障群众就医权益等方面也取得了较大成效。因此，DRG支付方式不仅可以规范医保费用支付，也可应用于医院精细化管理以及等级医院评审等领域。
Abstract:
The DRG payment method has been in the pilot practice of JH City for more than two years. The pilot results showed that the DRG sub-branch can control the excessive growth of medical expenses，improve the quality control and performance of medical institutions，control the growth of medical insurance funds，and protect the rights and interests of the public. Therefore，the DRG payment method can not only regulate the payment of medical insurance fees，but also can be applied to the field of hospital refined management and grade hospital evaluation.
