摘要:
第三部门是提供公共服务的重要主体之一，非营利性、专业性、自发性、低耗性、沟通性及创新性等特点使其在“健康中国”战略实施中具有突出优势。因此，应充分发挥第三部门在供给基本公共卫生服务、提升社会健康氛围、调和各方利益、弥补政府缺陷及节约卫生资源方面的作用，推动“健康中国”战略的实施。
