摘要:
目的：为推动优化远程医疗建设、提高远程医疗服务质量提供参考。方法：基于“结构—过程—结果”质量框架，梳理当前国内外远程医疗实践及效果评价研究进展。结果：远程医疗有助于优化卫生资源可及性和医疗服务协调性，提高医疗服务提供体系运行效率、提高患者满意度以及控制医疗费用，但远程医疗服务质量有待开展综合评价和对照研究。结论：在远程医疗建设上，尤其是过程质量控制上，还需不断推进标准化工作。
Abstract:
Objective To provide reference for promoting the construction of telemedicine and improving the quality of telemedicine services.Methods Based on the “structural-process-result” quality framework，the research progress of telemedicine practice and effect evaluation at home and abroad was reviewed. Results Telemedicine helped optimize the accessibility of health resources and the coordination of medical services，improve the efficiency of medical service delivery system，improve patient satisfaction，and control medical expenses. However，the quality of telemedicine services needed to be comprehensively evaluated and controlled. Conclusion In the construction of telemedicine，especially in the process quality control，it is necessary to continuously promote standardization.
