摘要:
远程医疗的发展对缓解医疗资源结构性失衡、优化医疗资源配置、提升基层卫生服务能力具有重要意义，但目前我国远程医疗监管体系尚待完善，存在监管政策缺失与监管薄弱地带等问题。借鉴美英两国远程医疗协同监管经验，从多元主体视角完善政府部门、医疗机构、行业协会与公众舆论等协同监管关系，为提升我国远程医疗监管效率、整合优质医疗资源提供理论支持与依据。
Abstract:
The development of telemedicine is of great significance to alleviating the structural imbalance of medical resources， optimizing the allocation of medical resources， and improving the capacity of primary health services. However， the current telemedicine supervision system in China still needs to be improved， including problems as lack of regulatory policy and weak supervision area. Drawing on the experience of remote medical co-regulation in the United States and Britain， we should improve the collaborative supervision relationship among government departments， medical institutions， industry associations and public opinion from the perspective of multiple-agent， and provide theoretical support and basis for improving the efficiency of telemedicine supervision and integrating high-quality medical resources.
