摘要:
我国整合照护服务体系具有系统性、协作性、连续性、专业性、个性化的特点。本文阐述整合照护服务体系的构成（包括服务对象、实施主体、服务内容及支撑体系），分析当前我国整合照护服务体系存在的问题，提出相应的对策：多部门联合协作，发挥医保专家的智囊作用，制定整合照护服务的医保支付方式；完善整合照护师培养计划，促进专科医生转岗；健全激励机制，提高整合照护团队工作积极性。
Abstract:
Integrated care service system has the characteristics of systematization,cooperation,continuity, professionalism and individuation in China.This paper explains the composition of the integrated care service system,including service object,implementation subject, service content and support system,analyzes the problems existing in the current integrated care service system in China, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures:joint cooperation of multi-departments,play the think tank role of medical insurance experts,formulate health insurance payment for integrated care services,improve the training plan of integrated caregivers,and promote the job-transfer of specialists,improve the incentive mechanism and improve the enthusiasm of the integrated care team.
