摘要:
美国安宁疗护服务根据服务方式、地点和强度分为四类——常规居家照护、连续居家照护、入院暂息照护和常规住院治疗，其医保支付方式为按床日付费，费用从公共医保基金中支出，并建立了较为完善的服务质量评价体系。美国的经验表明，科学的制度体系有利于推动安宁疗护服务的发展，据此提出推动建立我国安宁疗护服务体系的建议。
Abstract:
American hospice care services are divided into four categories according to service mode，location and intensity: regular home care，continuous home care，admission respite care and routine hospitalization. Its medical insurance payment method is paid on a bed-day basis，and expenses is from public health insurance funds. This system establishes a relatively complete service quality evaluation system. The experience of the United States shows that a scientific institutional system is conducive to promoting the development of hospice care. Based on this，it is proposed to promote the establishment of a hospice care service system in China.
