摘要:
目的:了解留置PICC的肿瘤患者住院期间PICC直接耗材成本的影响因素。方法:调取我院留置PICC且2018年行拔管操作的294名住院患者病历资料，分析其人口学特征、PICC特征及其对PICC直接耗材成本的影响程度。结果：导管类型、置管期住院天数和年龄是PICC直接耗材成本的主要影响因素，其中年龄是负向影响因素。结论：需重视肿瘤患者住院期间的PICC直接耗材成本，重点关注对总成本影响较大的维护耗材成本。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of direct consumable cost of PICC in tumor patients with PICC during hospitalization.Methods Medical records of 294 inpatients with PICC in our hospital who underwent extubation in 2018 were collected, and their demographic and PICC characteristics and their influence on the cost of PICC direct consumables were analyzed.Results Type of catheter, hospitalization days during catheterization and age were the main factors affecting the cost of direct consumable materials for PICC,among which age was the negative factor.Conclusion More attention should be paid to the cost of PICC direct consumables for tumor patients during hospitalization,and focus on the maintenance consumables cost which has a great influence on the total cost.
