摘要:
当前，新一轮疫情防控形势严峻，与城市相比，农村突发公共卫生事件应急系统相对薄弱，在应急制度体系、组织保障、人力资源、物资与资金储备、农村居民意识等方面的脆弱性表现突出。对此，要健全农村公共卫生应急制度体系、完善应急组织保障系统、加强农村公共卫生应急人才队伍建设、保障农村公共卫生应急物资储备，以及提升农村居民的公共卫生应急意识和应急能力。
Abstract:
Compared with urban areas，the emergency system of public health emergencies in rural areas is relatively weak. The vulnerability is outstanding in the emergency system，organization and guarantee，human resources，material and capital reserves，rural residents' awareness and so on. In this regard，it is necessary to improve the rural public health emergency system，improve the emergency organization and guarantee system，strengthen the construction of rural public health emergency personnel，and ensure the reserve of rural public health emergency materials，and enhance the public health emergency awareness and emergency capacity of rural residents.
