摘要:
随机发放调查问卷，全面了解当前我国公立医院运营管理现状。结果显示，各级公立医院均不同程度开展了运营管理，但管理水平参差不齐，存在组织体系不完善、管理制度不健全、管理流程不合理、业财融合不够、信息化建设滞后等问题。对此，应补齐短板和弱项，多管齐下，切实提高公立医院运营管理水平。
Abstract:
This paper fully understand the current situation of operation and management among public hospitals in China by randomly sending out questionnaires. The results show that the operation and management of public hospitals at all levels have been carried out in varying degrees，but the management level is uneven. There are some problems，such as imperfect organizational system，imperfect management system，unreasonable management process， insufficient integration of business and finance，lag of information construction. In this regard， we should make up for the shortcomings and weaknesses，adopt the multi-pronged approach to improve the operation and management level of public hospitals.
