摘要:
目前，公立医院医疗服务项目成本核算仍处于探索阶段，存在的主要困难是在传统项目成本调研模式下需花费大量人力和时间，且所得数据存在诸多缺陷。本文以上海某医院为例，创新性建立了一套标准化、集成化的线上数据调研系统——标准项目成本动因数据采集平台，为其他公立医院实施医疗服务项目成本核算提供参考。
Abstract:
At present, the cost accounting of medical service projects in public hospitals is still in the exploratory stage. The main difficulty is that it takes a lot of labor power and time under the traditional project cost investigation mode, and the data obtained has many defects. Taking one hospital in Shanghai as an example, this article innovatively established a standardized and integrated online data survey system-a standard project cost motivation data collection platform, which provides a reference for other public hospitals to implement medical service project cost accounting.
