摘要:
以冠脉支架为首批产品的国家组织高值医用耗材集中带量采购正式启动。冠脉支架价格大幅下降的同时，出现了供应不足、型号单一、博弈明显等问题。对此，要增加供应评估环节，保障产品供应；推进高值医用耗材分类与编码，加速“一致性评价”；协同联动，推动医药领域集中采购改革向纵深发展。
Abstract:
The national organization of high-value medical consumables centralized volume-based procurement with coronary stents as the first batch of products was officially launched. While the price of coronary stent dropped sharply, there were problems such as insufficient supply, single model and obvious game. In this regard, it is necessary to increase the supply evaluation link to ensure the supply of products; promote the classification and coding of high-value medical consumables, and accelerate the "consistency evaluation"; coordinate linkage to promote the in-depth development of the centralized procurement reform in the pharmaceutical field.
