摘要:
目的：研究居民对分级诊疗的认知以及分级诊疗背景下居民的就医行为。方法：利用随机抽样法对广州市390位居民进行问卷调查，通过单因素分析、t检验、二元 Logistic 回归、卡方拟合优度检验进行数据分析。结果：居民对分级诊疗的知晓度整体偏低，不了解或未曾听说过分级诊疗的占43.56%，性别、年龄、学历、收入水平及转诊经历对分级诊疗认知度有显著影响；居民对首诊医疗机构的选择仍倾向于非基层机构。结论：为高效推进分级诊疗，应加强宣传，引导居民有序就医，提升基层服务水平，完善配套政策，提高基层机构的吸引力。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate residents' perception of hierarchical medical system and their hospital visiting behavior. Methods A total of 390 residents in Guangzhou were randomly selected to participate in a questionnaire survey. Data were analyzed by univariate analysis, t test, binary logistic regression and chi-square goodness-of-fit test. Results The residents' awareness of hierarchical medical system was generally low, and 43.56% of them did not know or had never heard of that. Gender, age, educational achievement, income level and referral experiences had significant effects on the perception. Residents preferred to go to hospitals rather than primary care settings at their first visit. Conclusion In order to efficiently promote hierarchical medical system, it is suggested to step up in publicity, guide residents to seek medical service at corresponding settings, improve the quality of primary care service, improved support policies, and make primary care settings more trusted.
