摘要:
基于业财融合视角，通过对公立医院国有资产管理现状与问题的梳理，重构国有资产管理体制、制度体系和管理模式，并进行全生命周期管理流程再造，明确实施路径，提升公立医院国有资产管理水平。
Abstract:
From the perspective of industry-finance integration, this study sorted out the status quo and problems of state-owned assets management in public hospitals, reconstructed the state-owned assets management system, institutional system and management model, and re-engineered the whole life cycle management process, clarified the implementation path, and improved state-owned assets management in public hospitals.
