摘要:
体医融合是通过体育与医疗卫生系统的资源整合与相互协同，优化健康资源配置，提升健康服务效率，最终促进全民健康水平提升。研究认为，我国的体医融合实践具有3个特征：方法融合的全程化、资源融合的多样化、组织管理的协同化。以“健康中国”战略为指引，提出体医融合的5条发展路径：以技术创新丰富体医融合健康服务内容，优化体医融合资金投入和资源配置方式，加强信息联结和共享，建立多样灵活的体医融合人力资源配置方式，提升公共体育与健康服务均等化水平。
Abstract:
The integration of sports and medicine is a practical mode to optimize the allocation of health resources, improve the efficiency of health services, and finally improve the public health through the resource integration and mutual coordination of sports and health sectors. This study showed that the integration of sports and medicine in China presented three characteristics: the whole process of method integration, the diversification of resource integration and the coordination of organization management. Guided by the "Healthy China" strategy, this paper put forward five development paths of sports-medicine integration: enrich the content of sports-medicine integration health services with technological innovation, optimize the capital investment and resource allocation mode of sports-medicine integration, strengthen information connection and sharing, establish a diversified and flexible workforce resource allocation mode of sports-medicine integration, and improve the equity of public sports and health services.
