摘要:
预算管理、成本管理、绩效管理作为医院管理的“三驾马车”，如何发挥三者的协同管理效能，是现代医院管理制度建设的重要内容。本文基于协同理论视角，探究三者之间的逻辑关系，提出公立医院预算-成本-绩效一体化的实施路径，以期为公立医院高质量发展提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Budget management, cost management and performance management act as driven factors of hospital management. It is an important part of modern hospital management system to play the collaborative management efficiency of these three factors. Based on the perspective of collaborative theory, this paper explored the logical relationship among the three factors, and put forward the implementation path of budget-cost-performance integration in public hospitals, in order to provide a reference for the high-quality development of public hospitals.
