目的：了解家庭医生签约服务对社区居民就医行为的影响，为完善家庭医生制度提供参考。方法：采用分层随机抽样,选取淄博市周村区1 550名社区居民进行问卷调查，运用χ2检验与二元Logistic回归模型,分析社区居民就医行为的影响因素。结果：38.67%的社区居民患病首诊选择签约家庭医生；家庭收支结余、签约前后医疗服务改善度、签约双方沟通频率对社区居民首诊是否选择签约家庭医生有影响。结论：加强对家庭医生制度的宣传和落实，加强基层医疗卫生机构和家庭医生队伍建设，多措并举引导社区居民基层首诊。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the impact of family doctor contract services on medical seeking behavior of community residents, and to provide decision-making reference for improving the family doctor contract system. Methods 1550 community residents in Zhoucun district of Zibo city were selected by stratified random sampling to conduct a questionnaire survey. Chi-square test and binary logistic regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors of community residents' medical seeking behavior. Results 38.67% community residents chose contracted family doctor for the first visit. The balance of income and expenditure, service changes and communication frequency had an impact on whether community residents chose to sign a family doctor for the first visit. Conclusion It is still necessary to enhance the residents' willingness to go to the contracted doctors for the first visit by strengthening the publicity of the contractual service system, improving the technical level of family doctors, improving the enthusiasm of both parties for the first visit at the grass-roots level, and enhancing the dynamic adaptability of family doctor system.
