摘要:
公立医院传统的医用耗材管理存在管理机制不完善、管理成本较高、管理人员专业度不够等问题。SPD模式是一种新型的供应链管理模式，在医院耗材管理中的应用主要有集中配送模式、医院主导下的运营外包模式、混合模式、医院自主管理模式，每种模式各有优缺点。医院需结合实际，通过建立供应商准入机制、加强风险管理、健全绩效考核体系等措施，优化医用耗材SPD管理，实现降本增效。
Abstract:
In the traditional management of medical consumables in public hospitals, there are problems such as incomplete management mechanisms, high management costs, and insufficient professionalism of management personnel. SPD model is a new type of supply chain management model, which is mainly applied in hospital consumables management, including centralized distribution model, operation outsourcing model led by hospitals, hybrid model, and hospital independent management model. Each model has its own advantages and disadvantages. Public hospitals should consider the actual situation, and optimize the SPD management of medical consumables by establishing a supplier admission mechanism, strengthening risk management, and improving performance evaluation systems, in order to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.
