摘要:
专科运营助理作为医院精细化管理的一种手段，已在我国部分大型公立医院得到初步应用并取得了一定成效，但也存在角色定位不清、专业技能欠缺、激励机制不完善等问题。对此，提出医院专科运营助理的优化建议：明确专科运营助理角色定位与职责边界，提升专科运营助理专业技能水平，完善考核与激励机制，培养形成专科运营助理的专业化队伍。
Abstract:
As a means of refined management in hospitals, department operation assistants have been preliminarily applied in some large public hospitals in China and have achieved certain results. However, there are still problems such as unclear role positioning, lack of professional skills, and imperfect incentive mechanism. Regarding this, optimization suggestions for hospital department operation assistants are proposed. It is necessary to clarify the role positioning and responsibility boundaries of department operation assistants, enhance their professional skills, improve assessment and incentive mechanisms, and cultivate a specialized team of department operation assistants.
