摘要:
作为C-DRG试点的主要省份，福建省开展了C-DRG收付费一体化闭环改革。样本医院基于C-DRG收付费，建立了标准化临床路径表单，实现主要DRG病组临床路径管理全覆盖，并通过“多段式”临床路径、多学科诊疗等举措，探索C-DRG收付费与临床路径的融合管理，取得了“医疗品质与经营绩效双提升”的效果，其经验可供其他医院参考借鉴。
Abstract:
As the main province of C-DRG pilot, Fujian Province has implemented a closed-loop reform of collection and payment integration. The sample hospital established standardized clinical pathway forms based on C-DRG collection and payment, achieved full coverage of clinical pathway management for major DRG disease groups, and explored the integration of C-DRG collection and payment and clinical pathway management through "multi-stage" clinical pathway and multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment. The reform has achieved a "double improvement in medical quality and operational performance", and provided management experience that can be used as a reference for other hospitals.
