摘要:
《全国医疗服务项目技术规范（2023年版）》的出台，是我国医疗服务价格管理发展的重要里程碑。与以前版本的项目规范相比，“规范2023版”的项目类别更加优化、项目内容更加细化、实务应用更加灵活。当前，各地仍执行多个版本的项目规范，“规范2023版”在全国范围的落地执行远未到位；另外，如何在满足各方利益诉求的同时实现公平和效率，是“规范2023版”落地执行面临的一个巨大挑战。
Abstract:
The introduction of the Technical Specifications for National Medical Service Programs(2023 Edition) is an important milestone in the development of medical service price management in China. Compared with the previous version of the project specifications, the 2023 version has more optimized project categories, more detailed project content, and more flexible practical applications. Currently, multiple versions of project specifications are still being implemented in different regions, and the nationwide implementation of the 2023 version is far from being in place. In addition, how to realize fairness and efficiency while meeting the interests of all parties is a great challenge for the implementation of the 2023 version.
